There is an energy here that inspires and yoga embodies that inspiration. Something about the ancient Mayan spirit that resides here helps most everyone feel more connected to themselves and to nature. And what is yoga if not a connection with yourself through your nature: your breath. Whether on the beach or in the pueblo, there is a vibrance here that helps you find yourself more fully. Let Yoga at Tribal help that energy.

      Restorative - SaturdayTime: 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm
ALL LEVELS - with Flavio - Restorative is in truth, simply that - restorative. It is the centering of your breath and body - aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. Props assist in helping you to hold poses longer and gently opening the body and allowing the breath to move stress and stale energy out of the body as we relax deeply into poses. A restorative class will relax and calm your entire body and mind to prepare you for savasana, the final relaxation pose.

About Us

I built this yoga studio, Tribal, with my partner Alex Alvarez to create a space where peace, healing, joy and love can enter the world through each one of us.

Our teachers are dedicated to helping their students joyfully know themselves in their practice and bring a variety of styles and experience to Tribal.

Tribal has lots of light, wood floors, inversion cords and a full suite of props so that your teacher can use her experience to bring the most to your practice.

Please check out the That Barry Girl blog for more information.
