Yin Yoga is a practice that cultivates mindfulness and body awareness. We hold poses from 1 to 10 minutes with the goal of releasing myofascial tension and blocks to the free movement of energy in the body. The long holds increase circulation in joints as well as improve flexibility and develop a quiet mind that is open to a meditative state.
