Flow
Flow classes are led by almost all of our teachers, including Ursula, Ricardo, Mariana, Barbara and our founder, Joanne. Vinyasa Flow is a practice where we move fluidly between postures (asanas) in rhythm with the breath, often using sun salutations as the means to do so. The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way,” like yoga poses. These classes are 60 minutes. Back to the library.
